Introducing ForgeX5, the 55-day pull-up challenge crafted to elevate your strength, endurance, and mental toughness to unprecedented levels. This challenge is all about consistency, progression, and resilience—definitely not for the faint-hearted.
Starting February 1st, embark on a transformative journey of daily pull-ups, increasing by just one rep each day. The real question is: How far can you go before you surrender?
How the ForgeX5 Challenge Works
🔥 The Goal: Conquer a pull-up challenge over 55 days, adding 1 extra pull-up every day.
💪 How It Works:
- Day 1: Start with 1 pull-up.
- Daily Progression: Add 1 more pull-up each day (Day 2 = 2 pull-ups, Day 3 = 3, etc.).
- Miss a Day? You have 3 attempts to complete a failed day. Fail three times in a row, and you're out.
- Max Days Off: You can take a maximum of 3 rest days throughout the challenge.
- Late Starters: Join up to 3 days late, but no later.
- Challenge End Date: The challenge concludes when the last participant finishes or when 55/58 days are up.
🏆 Milestone Prizes: Earn rewards at key milestones throughout the challenge:
- Day 4
- Day 7
- Day 10
- Day 15
- Day 18
- Day 21
- Day 26
