  2. OTP LEVEL 2: 12-Week Bespoke Online Training Plan (MOST POPULAR) - £209

    • Includes 2 virtual check-ins, typically 6 weeks apart, to fine-tune your program based on your progress.
  3. OTP LEVEL 3: 18-Week Bespoke Online Training Plan - £299

    • Includes 3 virtual check-ins, usually 6 weeks apart, to provide ongoing support and modifications to your training plan.

Order Process:

  1. Upon purchasing your bespoke online training plan, you'll receive a questionnaire to fill out, allowing us to gather the necessary information for analysis.
  2. We'll arrange a FaceTime appointment to set goals, discuss your questionnaire, and address any queries you may have.
  3. You'll receive a workout plan tailored to your goals and capabilities.

Delivery Time:

Once your order is placed, please allow a couple of working days for us to set up the app and input your workouts into the system. You'll then be ready to go with your personalized training plan. In the meantime, we'll send you a PDF file in case you wish to start your workouts right away.
