It's time to start the road for that new found beast/belle muscle your craving for. This MUSCLE BEAST WARRIOR - TRAINING PLAN / PROGRAMME comprises of 3 levels and designed to attack each muscle group and aid you in the development of your muscle building process. Before you start make sure you have accessibility to a well equipped gym and your able to take part in physical exercise.
LEVEL 1: 3 workouts a week - Beginners & Shorter workout times (30-40mintues workouts)
LEVEL 2: 5 workouts a week - Intermediate & Mid workout times (40-60mintues workouts)
LEVEL 3: 7 workouts a week - Advanced & Longer workout times (45-75mintues workouts)

WHO IS IT FOR?
GREAT for Muscle Builders, people looking to loose body fat looking to tone up. This program will concentrating on doing hypertrophy work loads. A hypertrophy workout consists of exercises utilizing low to intermediate repetition ranges with progressive overload. An example of this is 3-5 sets of 6-12 repetitions, performing the barbell chest press at 75-85% of the one repetition maximum (1RM) with a rest period of 1-2 minutes. With this in mind the muscle warrior plan will be fully focused on this getting insane results.

DELIEVERY TIME
Once you've ordered give us a couple of working days to set you up with the app and to input your workouts into the system and your ready to go, in the mean time we will send you a PDF file in-case you wish to start your workouts straight away.

Please note anyone with underlying health issues should seek doctors advise before taking up exercise and training programmes. All my training plans will be open for half the time after you requested so this being 12 weeks then your online app status will remain online for 18 weeks after which time if another training program has not been activated then your profile will become archived but can still be brought back to life after another purchase so you can see past workouts and other such things. Any problems while doing the training program then please let us know so we can resolve for you.
